The hotel was right by the neighbouring village of Koutoloufari, Anissaris beach, and the hill to Blackpool thanks to its amazing location.
The setting was pretty bad.

The room itself was a nice size and brand-new and had a great view of the sea and the island. The location of the property was stunning and lovely as we were close enough to the bus stop to Anissaris beach Gouves Kokinni Hani and Heraklion, tavernas, bars and supermarket, and nearby' supermarkets'.

The room was a nice size, fine with all the basic things. Booked the hotel for its magnificent and amazing location close enough to a 15 minute drive from Iraklion airport, and the bus stop to Star beach Stalis. The staff turned out to be amicable.

I had a brand-new studio suite with an amazing view of the sea. An electric kettle, a fridge, and a stovetop worked well. The location was particularly good and stunning in a nice quiet area, just off Hersonissos or Malia and old Hersonissos, piskopiano and Koutouloufari.
The bathroom was extremely small, I didn't like it.

Well-maintained and clean hotel, excellent views of Creta's sea. Location really close to the supermarket and village of Piskopiano, which runs into Koutouloufari after a further 5-10 minutes walk, a cocktail bar and Star beach Stalis. Also, close to many restaurants If it was upgraded.
Wi-Fi was weak.

Reasonably large and fine units with a bathroom, all the basic things, as for instance, and the staff were nice. The location was great and brilliant for Piskopiano, really close to the bus stop to Anissaris beach Gouves Kokinni Hani and Heraklion, the supermarket and village of Piskopiano, which runs into Koutouloufari after a further 5-10 minutes walk, and such a beautiful island.

Beautiful views and service, there was free WiFi. It was across the crowded area. In a hurry we visited Socrates Snack Bar Cafe nearby. Administrator is the best ever! Best hostel we have stayed in.
